  • Charges are based on actual or volumetric weight, whichever is greater.

    For direct delivery to your recipient’s door, our Postfin courier service is fast, cost-effective, and reliable:

    • Ideal for returns, including sensitive documents like SAPS fingerprint submissions, which we can send and return safely.
    • Delivery is typically within 3 working days, with allowances for remote areas.
    • Parcel size limit: maximum dimensions of 40cm x 40cm x 40cm.
    • Weight limit: maximum 15kg per waybill.

    3. Packaging Guidelines

    To ensure safe and timely delivery of your items, please follow these packaging tips:

    • Use a sturdy box or envelope suitable for the contents.
    • For documents, ensure they are flat, dry, and protected from moisture.
    • Parcels should be securely sealed with tape to prevent damage.
    • Avoid overloading: maximum 15kg per waybill.
    • Fragile items should be well-padded to prevent breakage.
    • Clearly label the parcel with the recipient’s full name, contact number, and delivery address.
    • For convenience, packaging materials are available from our courier partners:
      • Courier bags: 45cm x 38.5cm.
      • Boxes: from 15.5 x 10 x 10.5cm up to 31 x 23 x 31cm, priced between R10 – R25.
