2.1. Printing & Copying Services
As a print and copy shop, Postfin receives personal information for printing and copying via WhatsApp, email, Bluetooth, or by hand (including typing customer documents). This information may include names, addresses, identification documents, financial information, or other sensitive content contained within the files provided by customers.

2.1.1. Customers are responsible for ensuring that sensitive information is only shared when necessary, and we advise not to leave sensitive documents unattended when bringing them by hand.

2.1.2. Customers may request immediate deletion of their files after service is completed.

2.1.3. Please note that WhatsApp and email have their own independent privacy policies and data practices, which are outside of Postfin’s control.

2.1.4. Postfin is not liable for any misuse or compromise of customer data once documents are handed back or transmitted through third-party services.

4.1. We will never share personal information provided for photocopies, printing, typing, email, and WhatsApp under any circumstances.

5.2. Information provided via email, Bluetooth, and WhatsApp for printing and copying is kept for 7 days. On WhatsApp, disappearing messages are enabled by default for 7 days, though customers can choose to disable this feature.

You have the right to access and request a copy of your personal information. You can correct inaccurate or incomplete data and request the deletion of your data. You can also withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time.
