Job Description:
We are looking for friendly, energetic, and detail-oriented Sales Assistants to join our dynamic team at Postfin. You will be working in a Print and Copy Shop / Internet Café environment, responsible for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring accurate processing of Point of Sale (POS) transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with printing, copying, scanning, typing and internet use
- Handle all POS transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Perform general admin duties including quotations, bookings, and daily reports
- Keep workstations neat and organized
- Promote Postfin services, including courier and financial products
Minimum Requirements:
- You must be residing in Madadeni
- Grade 12 Certificate (Matric) – compulsory
- Computer Literacy Certificate (Microsoft Office) – essential
- Office Administration NCV Level 4 – advantageous
- Fluent in English and isiZulu (read and write)
- Basic arithmetic and calculation skills
- Strong admin and organizational abilities
- Willingness to work weekends, and public holidays
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
