How Postfin Address+ works
Everything you need to know to start using your delivery address.
After signing up
Once you complete registration, your details will be displayed on screen. Save them before continuing.
- Your unique Address+ Suite Number (e.g. Suite 1001)
- Your full Postfin delivery address, formatted exactly as it should appear on any online order
- A reminder that you must book every incoming parcel before it is dispatched
How to write your delivery address
When shopping online, use exactly this format for your delivery address. Your Address+ Suite Number must go on the first line so we can match the parcel to your account.
Always include your Address+ Suite Number on Line 1. Parcels without a valid Suite Number cannot be matched to your account and will be returned to the sender.
- Copy your Suite Number exactly as it appears on your registration screen — it is case-sensitive.
- If an online store only has one address field, put all 5 lines separated by commas.
- Some stores label fields as 'Address Line 1', 'Address Line 2', etc. — fill them in order.
- Always save your Address+ Suite Number somewhere safe (notes app, screenshot).
Book every incoming parcel — this is mandatory
You are required to book every incoming parcel through your Postfin account before the sender dispatches it to our address.
Parcels that have not been booked will be rejected and returned to the sender.
- 1Log in to your Postfin Address+ account.
- 2Click "Book Incoming Parcel" on your dashboard.
- 3Fill in the sender, parcel type and estimated arrival.
- 4Submit the booking before the sender dispatches the parcel.
