- Parcels are received at the customer’s own risk. Postfin is not liable for loss, damage, or missing receipts.
- Postfin is authorised to receive goods on your behalf.
- Uncollected parcels after 14 days incur R50 per day.
- Parcel limit: 15kg (small parcels only).
- Oversized items may be rejected or charged R100/kg.
- No prohibited items allowed. View list .
- Receiving hours: Mon–Fri, 08:00–17:00.
- Collection: Weekdays 08:00–17:00, Weekends 08:30–15:00.
- Postfin does not transport goods—courier must deliver.
- Service is prepaid only.
